Long-Term Running Goals:
I run for as a lifelong form of self-love and self-care. My long term goal is to be able to run throughout my lifetime in a safe and sustainable way.
Running Start:
Between my freshman and sophomore year of high school, I had an emergency appendectomy. I wasn't able to try out for the volleyball team that year, so I joined the cross country team when I recovered instead. I've been running ever since!

I am an educator.
I love exploring trails with my husband and our dog, Lucy.
