Long-Term Running Goals:
I currently use running to assist in my CrossFit Training - long term to become overall fitter and stay healthy.
Motivation to Run:
There is nothing like being outside moving and feeling free.

Reward For a Good Performance:
Numerous beers with burgers, pizza and/or burritos. Not limited to 1 choice :)
Favorite Part of Being a DWRunner:
Dan really cares about your goals, believing in what you want to achieve and doing whatever he can to get you there. CrossFit being my main goal and not specific races, he jumped to the challenge and pushes me every week to work harder than the week before. No one is more positive and motivating than Dan.
