Long-Term Running Goals:
1) Holistic fitness and running longevity
2) Continue to be fit enough to jump into impromptu races, and run PR's
Bourbon Chase - Ultra team. 2015. Basically it's like RAGNAR, but it goes through the bourbon trail. We did it with 6 people. And won!
2017 Shamrock Shuffle... I PR'd by a minute in that race having run that distance all through college.
