Marathon and half marathon

Long-Term Running Goals:

I would love to PR and in the Half and the full. My full goal is more defined as I would some day like to run a marathon at sub 6 minute pace

Motivation to Run:

Running is my version of yoga

Favorite Workout:

I love getting out on the track.

Most Memorable Run:

I did a 50k ultra marathon and the course was flooded. We wound up having the cross many areas of wait high water. It was also December so it was very cold out. It was an interesting day and I had a lot of fun.


Mountains or Ocean?:

Hmmmm depends on what I'm looking for. Mountains for adventure and ocean for relaxing
