Marathon and half marathon
Favorite Place to Run:
Vermont - quiet roads and lots of hills.
Chicago Marathon 2018 - coming off of a really hot and humid summer and some subpar tune up races, I had no idea what kind of shape I was in but was able to trust my training on race day for a big PR.
LT runs or long tempos - grinding out longer intervals is really satisfying.
