Motivation to Run:
I really enjoy running and I love setting goals and reaching them. Running is such a neat sport because everything comes down to you. After playing team sports for most of my life, I really enjoy the ability to feel in control of a race or workout, even though they still might not always go as planned.
I finished playing DIII ice hockey and field hockey in college and always wanted to run a marathon, so I signed up and went for it!
Long-Term Running Goals:
I have many goals but I know once those are met there will will be new goals and new times to hit, so those aren't really long term! Overall, I strive to keep improving and keep getting faster every day and every year.

Mountains or Ocean?:
I like both! But I probably have to go with ocean.
