Remembering why I do this. It’s so important to focus on your why.

Motivation to Run:

1. To realize my full athletic potential
2. To erase any addiction/habit/fear that is preventing me from success
3. To help others do the same

Most Memorable Run:

The Joshua tree half marathon was unbelievable! It was a night time run, in the desert, on sand, up hill for 12 miles, a steep downhill slope for 1 mile, and I ended up in 12th place! Watching the stars and soaking up the desert vibes were unforgettable.
