Sunscreen on my badass face scar.

Best Running Story:

A fellow runner exclaiming that she remembered my wife's enthusiastic cheering at a random restaurant in Tokyo hours after the race was over.

Reward for a Good Race:

Beer, Banana, Bathroom. Not necessarily in that order.
