I played every sport under the sun as a kid. Soccer was my favorite. I soon realized that the main reason I was good wasn’t due to my skill, it was my speed. My gym teacher in middle school called me “the unsinkable Molly Brown” because I was always the last person doing the dreaded pacer test in gym class. They suggested I join the cross country team and I’ve never looked back.
I do yoga, I change my socks after my warm up when I spike up, I kiss my claddagh ring before the gun goes off.
Motivation to Run:
I run because I can’t get away from it. It keeps me sane and grounded and helps me through anything life may throw at me. I have met some of the most genuine people and see the world differently bc of the sport & the people involved in it.
