Half Marathon: 1:12:15, Marathon: 2:33:42 - Chicago Marathon 2017
My marathon PR. I missed all of June and most of July due to a stress reaction, but I was able to maintain fitness through that (by cycling and pool running -- yuck) and train smart to still perform well.
Boston Marathon. The atmosphere is unbelievable. I always compare Boston/Chicago to major sports in that Chicago is like a regular season game while Boston is like a playoff game -- the stadium is full either way, but the enthusiasm and excitement is on another level.
Motivation to Run:
Myriad physical and mental benefits. I can't think of a single aspect of my life/lifestyle that running hasn't touched in some capacity.
Most Memorable Run:
I ran to a *ahem* clinic and back in Vail, CO. 3mi out and back on a gorgeous mountain trail. The workers there got such a kick out of the fact that I ran there, showed up sweaty (this was in the summer), then ran home with some purchases.

Both? (we have about a dozen types of tea in our house AND a really nice espresso machine)
Early Bird or Night Owl?:
Night owl by nature, early bird by habit
