Primary Focus:

Half Marathon and Marathon

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run Sub 3 marathon and qualify to run Boston. Run CHI, NYC, BOS marathons.

Running Start:

I discovered I was much better at running without trying to kick a soccer ball at the same time. So I made the switch from soccer to cross country in high school sports.

Reward for a Good Race:

Nice cold beer. I'm talking IPA.

Motivation to Run:

I run because it feels good and releases stress. Gives me a sense of accomplishment. Keeps me fit and healthy.

Mountains with a lake.

Both. I need to start sleeping more...
