I'd like to get better at the marathon (or at least more consistent)!

Best Running Story:

During my marathon PR, I spied a $20 bill on the ground and stopped to pick it up.

Pre-Race Meal:

Light cheese pizza night before, pasta dinner two nights before.

Favorite Workout:

10 days out from the marathon I like to do this workout - if I nail it then I know I'm going to have a good race! 1 Mile Warm Up, 1k @ Marathon Pace (MP), 200m jog, 2k @ MP, 200m jog, 3k @ MP, 200m jog, 4k @ MP, 200m, jog 5k @ MP, 200 jog, 1 Mile Cool Down .

Night owl, though I'm an early riser too

Vanilla, it's the finest of the flavors
