Pre-Race Routine:

Eating 3 hours prior. Showering before a marathon. Closing my eyes and trying to picture the entire race before bed, thinking of all the possible ways it could go.

Reward for a Good Race:

Beer. Lululemon.

Running after my four kids.

Early bird, but on a day off I could sleep in forever
