I have a few more little goals like breaking 17 in the 5k and 1:18 in the half before moving onto marathons

Favorite Part of Running:

Sunrises, spring flowers, soft surfaces and some good smiles with friends

Pre-Race Routine:

Set firm goals two weeks out, visualize at night, try not to stress during every other second of the day.
