Motivation to Run:
Its given me confidence, put me in tune with my body, built mental strength, taught me to trust myself. I think all of the things I have received from running are very powerful.
Favorite Run Location:
Along Copacabana and Ipanema beach when I visited Rio de Janeiro. So beautiful!
Long-Term Running Goals:
I would love to eventually have a marathon time in the low 3's. I feel like I can get there with the right guidance
