Running Start:

My dad got me into running when I was really little, maybe 4 or 5, and then was my coach for a bit in middle school. He's a running form aficionado, a granola-making machine, a serial half-stepper, and still my best running buddy.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run the Colorado trail end to end, sub-40 10k, have a kick???

Motivation to Run:

For the watch tan

Proudest Race:

The last race of my collegiate career was a track 10k that didn't go all that well, and after I finished, more than anything, I was just overcome by how grateful I was for this sport and for my teammates. There is something really reaffirming about crossing the line after a bad race and realizing you don't love running any less for it.
