Long-Term Running Goals:
I want to set new over-40 PRs for every distance from 5K to Marathon in 2017 and then break every PR in 2018.
This is for triathlon, but the ITU Long Course World Championships in Sweden as a member of Team USA. And of course, each time I've run Boston.
Dream Place to Visit:
The top of Mt. Everest. Trying to convince my wife to let me make a summit attempt but meeting with some resistance.
For a straight up running race, I try to watch "Without Limits" the night before a big event.
