This is tough and there isn't just 1. Running at Nationals as a team was awesome in college, running my first 10k on the track this past summer was fun, any relay I've competed on in high school or college, doing Ragnar as an ultra relay this summer, or running the Chicago Marathon in 2013 as I was able to run with one of my closest friends.
Desired runner to share a run with:
I actually would choose to be able to live closer to all my past training partners and run with them more often
Motivation when hurting during a race or workout:
The little voice in my head that tells me I can't quit and knowing how mad I will be after a bad race or workout. Also knowing no matter what I'm dealing with someone is dealing with something harder and they are getting out to train.
Most Memorable Run:
Depends on which training partner I was with. Charged by a giant raccoon during a tempo, hurdling a muskrat, daring someone to drink a random shot of alcohol found on a run, or running upon some questionable activity by a couple role playing. Oh yeah great races and victories are pretty awesome but it's really about who is with you on the journey.
Mountains or Ocean?:
Tea or Coffee?:
Early Bird or Night Owl?:
Chocolate or Vanilla?:
Bolded PRs are PRs run while training with DWRunning.
