"When not running, I can be found...":

In the gym, on the basketball court, spending time with friends and family, or sleeping.

Pre-Race Routine:

I believe in doing a 20-30 minute shake out run early the day before a marathon, then lying on my back with my legs up watching feel good movies the rest of the day.

Reward for a Good Race:

A big, decadent meal (deep dish if I'm in Chicago) and ice cream.

 

Mountains or Ocean?:

It's a tie for me, but I'd rather have a view of them than be on them.
