Illinois Marathon April 2015. I made up my own program and beat my previous PR by 8 minutes.
Motivation to Run:
It makes me feel good mentally and physically. It is a stress reliever. I feel like it flushes out negativity. I also like how you can push your limits in running which I think translates into being able to better manage life's challenges.

I'm inspired by people who have every reason or excuse to quit and don't - physical limitations (handicap), life styles (multiple kids, tough job), age (90-year-old marathoners).
Favorite Part of Being a DWRunner:
Their attitude and how they welcome people of all levels. I tried some other groups and people didn't talk to the new people.
