Favorite Place to Run:
I am a creature of habit, so I enjoy running up and down the Chicago lakefront path. There are mile markers, people to chase and you can't beat the skyline.
5,000m. This was pretty much the focus of my training through 4 years of college.
Motivation to Run:
It's relaxing, provides stress relief and I love being competitive.
12 x 400m on the track. Maybe 1:30 to 2:00 rest.
I wanted to get in shape for basketball. Unfortunately, I am 5'9" of mostly slow twitch muscle, so it did not work out well for my basketball career.
