Long-Term Running Goals:

I'd love to break 4 in the mile and start competing at USA championships.

Proudest Race:

I'm most proud of handing off in first place in the DMR at indoor NCAA championships and having the team finish 5th.

Pre-Race Routine/Superstitions:

Proper pooping for peak performance and I only use conditioner on race days because you want to go into a race with good conditioning (puns aside I really do this)
