Distance! Half and full marathon.
Long-Term Running Goals:
To continue to lower my half and full marathon times! I want to compete in as many races as I can and stay healthy! I want to run fast, but also still be running when I am a "grandma." I want to run all 6 majors (I have only ran 2 so far.) and I would love to run even more internationally.
Motivation to Run:
Oh wow... how do I answer this in a condensed way. I run because it is my escape. I run because my mom, can't anymore. She has one lung and she gets such joy out of me running and seeing me race. I run because senior of HS when I started running distance, I lost my grandma that same year, and I swear her love and spirit lives in me... so it fuels me, especially with my running. I run because it is my passion and I love that is makes me healthy and happy! I love the challenges, good and bad.
