Motivation to Run:
To be as fit as possible and because I enjoy how it makes me feel.
Oatmeal covered in honey, nuts, banana and dried fruit, or if I am in a hurry, oatmeal and peanut butter.
I decided to run the Chicago Marathon with some friends as a challenge. I only trained for 7 weeks. It was a horrible decision but it got me hooked.
Favorite Part of Running:
Using up all my energy during a workout or run and rewarding myself with coffee or a smoothie or maybe a doughnut.
Motivation when hurting during a race or workout:
My teammates. And Paul's yelling.
Favorite Part of Being a DWRunner:
The endless banter during long runs and Dan's energy.
